SGB series dry type transformer

SG(B) series dry type transformer is designed and developed by ourselves. It has passed the strict test by National Transformer Quality Supervision Test Center. It’s an excellent performanceand environmentally friendly type of dry transformer.

1. H-Grade Insulation
SG10 Series power transformer use NOMEX material and new technology to achieve H-grade insulation, it is reliably used in ambient temperature up to 180℃and the main part of the transformer can sustain up to 220℃.
2. Safety
SG10 and SG11 series power transformer using insulated materials which isflame retardant and moisture-proof, the combustible material is only 10% of the epoxy resin transformer. There’s no poisonous fumes during long time burning at 800℃. SG10 and SG11 series power transformer is mainly applied to high safety requirements, moist and poorly ventilated installation site, such as power station, railway, shipbuilding, chemical industry, metallurgic industry.
3. Reliable
SG10 and SG11 series power transformer using special coil design and technology to achieve moistureproof, mould proof andfame proof. It can sustain high thermal shock and without rimous nor partial discharge.
4. Strong over-load ability
SG10 and SG11 series power transformer can sustain 120% rated capacity. It can longtime running under IP23 without force air cooling.
